About ClassLedger
ClassLedger helps parents track children's enrichment classes, lesson packages, schedules, photos, reminders, and course costs. It is designed as a private-first Ledger-series iOS app for family class records.
Basic Usage
- Children: Create child profiles to keep course schedules and history organized by child.
- Courses: Add class packages with teacher, location, recurrence, duration, price, and notes.
- Sessions: Track scheduled, completed, cancelled, absent, makeup, and rescheduled lessons.
- Progress: Review used and remaining sessions, lesson hours, total cost, cost per session, and cost per hour.
- Calendar: Add sessions to Apple Calendar and use local reminders when enabled.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does ClassLedger require an account?
No. Core usage is designed to work without account signup.
Where is my data stored?
Class records, notes, and photos are designed to be stored locally on your device.
Why does the app ask for calendar or notification access?
Calendar access is used only when you choose to add class sessions to Apple Calendar. Notification access is used only for local class reminders.
Why does the app ask for photo access?
Photo access is used only when you attach class or session photos. Attached photos remain part of your local app data.
